Essential Functions

• B2B Collector
• Analyzes and assesses credit and collection issues falling outside Company policies and guidelines and determines course of action for resolution
• Reviews orders to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and service expectations
• Develops effective relationships with internal and external customers to understand their process, key players and how to work efficiently within their system for managing the credit risk exposure
• Performs other duties as assigned, including those of assigned staff

Qualifications

• Three (3) years within the credit/collections field; or equivalent experience
• Proven ability and understanding of effective credit risk analysis
• Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing Proficient in Microsoft Office and technology applications experience
• Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills are required
• Ability to work in a team environment in making business decisions and implementing process
